General Campaign Guidelines

Baseline campaign rules for submissions, verification, eligible views, analytics and payouts.

Effective date: 25 September 2026 · MixeLabs is operated by Shoheb Khan, India.

1. Purpose of these Guidelines

These General Campaign Guidelines explain the baseline rules used across MixeLabs creator campaigns. They are designed to make approval, tracking and payment decisions more predictable. Individual campaign briefs may add or change requirements, and those campaign-specific requirements take priority for that campaign.

2. Before you create or post

  • Read the complete campaign brief and current announcements.
  • Use only social accounts you own or are authorized to operate.
  • Check the required platform, format, branding, CTA, posting window and geography.
  • Do not assume a previous week or previous campaign uses the same rules.
  • Keep original files and analytics available in case verification is requested.

3. Submission rules

Submit the correct public post URL and any required campaign information. A post must be accessible to MixeLabs for verification. Do not submit the same post multiple times unless support specifically instructs you to do so.

Where a campaign sets a minimum public-view threshold before submission, wait until the post reaches that threshold. Submitting early may be rejected or may make tracking less reliable.

4. Eligible views and performance

Only views that satisfy the campaign rules and pass verification are eligible for payment. Eligibility may depend on platform, post date, tracking window, geography, campaign cap, content format and fraud checks.

A public view counter alone does not guarantee payment. MixeLabs may use baseline snapshots, weekly tracking, APIs, third-party providers, creator analytics and manual review to determine eligible campaign performance.

5. Analytics requests

MixeLabs may ask for screenshots or screen recordings from platform analytics or business-suite tools. Requested proof may include view graphs, geography, audience data, retention or other campaign-relevant metrics. Analytics must be authentic and clearly connected to the submitted account or post.

6. Common reasons a submission or views may be ineligible

  • duplicate submissions;
  • stolen or reuploaded content without rights;
  • viewbotting, purchased views, fake engagement or manipulation;
  • missing or incorrect branding, integration, CTA or campaign format;
  • post date outside the eligible campaign period;
  • platform or geography not eligible for the campaign;
  • deleted, private or unavailable content;
  • account ownership cannot be verified;
  • analytics are missing, inconsistent or cannot be verified;
  • campaign budget, per-post cap or other campaign limit has already been reached.

7. Payment and balances

Campaign earnings are based on the campaign's stated rate and eligible verified results. Pending or estimated earnings can change during verification. The standard minimum withdrawal amount is US$25. A balance may remain unavailable for withdrawal until required analytics or verification has been completed.

8. Campaign integrity

Do not attempt to bypass limits through additional accounts, middlemen, duplicate submissions or other methods. Serious or repeated manipulation may result in removal from a campaign or restriction of the MixeLabs account. MixeLabs may correct system errors that accidentally approve, duplicate or miscalculate a submission.

9. Content rights

Creators keep ownership of their original content. MixeLabs may process submitted content and analytics for campaign administration and reporting. Brands do not automatically receive broader reuse or advertising rights merely because content was submitted to a MixeLabs campaign.

10. Questions and appeals

If you believe a submission was handled incorrectly, contact MixeLabs with the submission ID, campaign name, post URL and relevant analytics. Support can review technical or factual issues, but fraudulent or clearly ineligible activity may remain rejected.
