Creator Terms of Use

Rules governing creator accounts, campaign participation, verification, eligible views and payouts on MixeLabs.

Effective date: 25 September 2026 · MixeLabs is operated by Shoheb Khan, India.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Creator Terms of Use govern access to and participation in the creator side of MixeLabs, including app.mixelabs.com, campaign participation, submissions, tracking, verification and payouts. By creating or using a creator account or participating in a campaign, you agree to these Terms and the applicable campaign requirements.

MixeLabs is operated by Shoheb Khan in India. These Terms should be read together with the MixeLabs Privacy Policy and any campaign-specific rules shown on the platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the creator platform. Your ability to enter binding arrangements remains subject to the law applicable to you; these Terms do not override rules concerning legal capacity of minors.

  • Information supplied to MixeLabs must be accurate and current.
  • You are responsible for the security and activity of your account.
  • You may only submit content from social accounts you own or are genuinely authorized to operate.
  • You may not sell, transfer, share or create accounts to bypass restrictions or enforcement.

3. Campaign participation

Each campaign may contain its own format, platform, geography, posting window, branding, CTA, minimum-view threshold, CPM, payout cap or other requirements. Joining a campaign does not guarantee that a submission will be approved or paid.

Creators are responsible for reading the current campaign brief before posting. If campaign-specific rules conflict with general guidance, the campaign-specific rules control for that campaign unless MixeLabs states otherwise.

4. Submissions and verification

A submission must be genuine, accessible for review and compliant with the campaign brief. MixeLabs may use platform data, APIs, third-party data providers, account analytics, screenshots, screen recordings or other reasonable verification methods to confirm eligibility and performance.

MixeLabs may request profile or post analytics, including views, geography, audience information or performance graphs. Failure to provide reasonably requested verification may delay or prevent approval, balance claiming or payout.

5. Eligible and verified views

Creator earnings are calculated only from eligible and verified views under the applicable campaign terms. Publicly displayed views are not automatically payable views.

Views or engagement may be excluded when they are fraudulent, automated, purchased, artificially incentivized, duplicated, outside an eligible period or platform, generated after a campaign cap has been reached, or otherwise ineligible under the campaign rules.

6. Earnings, balances and payouts

Unless a campaign states otherwise, earnings are performance-based and depend on eligible verified results. The standard minimum withdrawal amount is US$25. Available payout methods, processing times and fees may vary by location, provider and campaign.

Displayed pending or estimated balances are not final until verification is complete. MixeLabs may correct technical errors, duplicate credits, invalid views or calculation mistakes before or after a balance is displayed. Amounts legitimately earned and finally approved remain subject to payout-provider, compliance and verification requirements.

7. Rejection, disqualification and enforcement

MixeLabs may reject a submission, exclude views, withhold an ineligible amount, suspend campaign access or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect campaign integrity. Reasons may include:

  • duplicate or repeated submissions;
  • stolen, copied or unauthorized content;
  • viewbotting, fake engagement or other manipulation;
  • incorrect format, missing integration, branding or CTA;
  • content posted outside the eligible campaign period;
  • submissions from an account the creator does not own or control;
  • deleted, unavailable or private content that cannot be verified;
  • misrepresentation or failure to provide requested analytics;
  • attempts to circumvent caps, restrictions or previous enforcement.

Where practical, MixeLabs may provide a reason for a rejection. Fraud or manipulation decisions may be final where the available evidence reasonably supports the decision.

8. Ownership and brand use of creator content

Creators retain ownership of the original content they create, subject to rights belonging to third parties. By submitting content, you grant MixeLabs a limited, non-exclusive right to access, display, process, analyze and report on that content for campaign administration, verification, analytics, client reporting, safety and platform operations.

A brand may analyze campaign content and performance information provided through MixeLabs. Submission to a campaign does not automatically give a brand permission to republish, boost, advertise, edit, license or otherwise commercially reuse the creator's content outside the agreed campaign placement. A brand seeking additional usage rights should contact MixeLabs before doing so, and any additional rights should be separately agreed where required.

9. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the platform, scrape protected areas without permission, submit malicious code, impersonate others, abuse support channels, harass participants, manipulate reporting, or use MixeLabs for unlawful activity. Creators remain responsible for complying with the rules of the social platforms they use and applicable advertising/disclosure requirements.

10. Platform availability and changes

MixeLabs may modify campaigns, features, tracking methods and these Terms as the service develops. We may pause access for maintenance, security, fraud prevention or technical reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, acceptance into any campaign, a specific volume of campaigns, views or earnings.

11. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MixeLabs is provided on an “as available” basis. MixeLabs does not guarantee social-platform reach, algorithmic distribution, creator earnings, brand results or the continued availability of third-party platforms and APIs. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Governing framework and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without overriding any mandatory consumer or statutory rights that apply to you. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact MixeLabs and make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms will be handled by courts with appropriate jurisdiction in India.
